Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

XTENDED GbR

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop of XTENDED GbR, owners: Lennart Eichler and Felix Ascherfeld.

2. Contracting parties

The purchase agreement is concluded with:

XTENDED GbR

Lennart Eichler and Felix Ascherfeld

Hebbelstraße 20

24937 Flensburg

Email: info@xtendedclothing.de

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by email and does not yet constitute acceptance of your order. The contract is only concluded upon explicit acceptance or shipping confirmation.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly displayed during the order process.

5th delivery

Deliveries are only made within Germany (and possibly within the EU). Delivery time is usually 3–5 working days, unless otherwise stated for the product.

6. Payment

Payment can be made by prepayment, PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the shop. XTENDED reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find the corresponding information on the right of withdrawal and a sample withdrawal form in our section: Right of Withdrawal.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Vintage items may show slight signs of wear; these do not constitute a defect under the law, provided they are described in the item description.

10. Liability

XTENDED is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, we are also liable for simple negligence, but only up to the amount of foreseeable damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
